Sandy Hook Winter Waterfowl Wonderland and Seal Walk
Talk will be given by a Naturalist from the NJ Audubon Society. Meet 1 PM or earlier at the Sandy Hook Visitor Center. Gang, for the month of February, I will probably be doing this instead of the regular Social Walk for Animal Welfare, so I will not be collecting any monies unless you just would like to offer it ($1) to help Jackie and Sandi out and help the animals out. This is a very fun annual trip to the Adirondacks to enjoy various outdoor sports including skiing, skating, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, nature hikes, photography, pubs & restaurants in town, shopping and just getting away. Something for everyone. All activities are optional, no timelines, small groups decide on various activities for the day. We stay in cabins with heat & electric, and you can come for 2 days or 5 days, its up to you! Whatever you have time for and can afford. I am running this trip with another meetup group, Adventurers. Animal Lovers Movie Night - Hotel For Dogs Meet up at: Bridgewater Commons Mall

It will be held on Tuesday evening at 7:30. There is also a Shelter starting in Randolph which needs help. If you want to donate some paper towels, laundry detergent, new toys, dog treats, peanut butter, or of course donations. This is the shelter that goes to the Rockaway Mall every weekend with kittens, cats, and dogs that desperately need good homes.

Hi Gang,
I will be doing a social walk for animal welfare to raise monies for this group and their work for feral cats. $1 per person. I will just meet people at the Starbucks in Branchburg at 240 Raritan Valley College Drive,
North Branch 08876 I live down the road, so I will just be walking there no matter what (only rain & snow cancels - if uncertain give me a call at 732-322-5488), and we'll just walk for 45 minutes around the Raritan Valley Community College grounds. They often have geese and deer around if you are a photo bug. Then we'll catch a bite to eat either back at Starbuck's or at Moe's Grill which has $3 tacos. The college is closed at that time, so there will be no one around, and I walk there every day, but this will just be the only time I will doing this with the group and then next time I will arrange this meeting at Jockey Hollow in Morristown since that is the area where most of you are located in Morris County. Just for fun, a get-together at a member's house. We gather round a cozy fire in the large outdoor chimenea fireplace, have drinks and storytelling, music and laughter. So dress warmly. Food won't be served but there will be some light snacks, hot chocolate, coffee and tea. You're welcome to bring snacks/food along and your favorite beer or wine. Later we'll go inside and play some board games or card games. Directions and phone will be provided to those who respond Yes.
