We're a local community group working to make New York’s Upper East Side more environmentally sustainable. We bring together neighbors interested in green urban living, including:

• Local food (Greenmarkets, Community Supported Agriculture, Green Restaurants, etc.)
  
• Transportation (smart & modern pedestrian-biking-mass transit improvements)
  
• Energy (use reduction, efficiency, and green energy)
  
• Recycling/Waste reduction
  
• Community building
  
• ...and any and all proven and novel ways of reducing our community’s negative impact on the environment.
