Greenmarket Opening Day: 92nd Street Market

The 2008 Greenmarket Season is about to begin on the Upper East Side. And this year we are going to make it even more special with a great new energetic market manager Irene and new vendors offering a wide variety of fruits and vegetables.

Upper Green Side will join in the opening day festivities with a quick tour of the market with the market manager and meet all the vendors to learn more about what we will see from them throughout the season.

Please come out for this chance to learn more about the market and fresh local food. Please bring your reusable grocery bags and fill up on all the wonderful & healthy leafy greens, berries, peaches, and other assorted fruits and vegetables and locally made food products.

We will meet at the Market Manager's table at 10am in front of the Stanley Isaac's Center on 92nd and First Avenue.
