Non-native Invasive Plant Removal @ the Flagler Trailhead - St. John's River Trail Head

It's also a great wildlife spot. Join us... you'll enjoy helping and you will get fresh air and exercise at the same time! This is a very easy, family friendly one mile trail ending at the St. Johns River. We no longer provide individual disposable plastic water bottles.

Hello activists! We will be having a potato raid on a weekday this month which is a little different from our usual weekend removals. This is in coordination with Mary-Slater Lynn with Sierra Club. We will be removing air potato off the Wekiva Trail from 9:30 am. to about 11:30 a.m. Where the Trail is located: In Altamonte Springs, off Semoran Blvd (436). It is past the Best Buy coming from the east. There will be a small driveway on your right and a small sign saying "Wekiva Trail". We'll meet in the parking lot there. Remember to bring: WATER, sunscreen, bugspray, gloves, closed toed shoes, and anything else that will make the work more comfortable. Hope to see you out there!
