Beneath The Sea Expo, Film Fest, & Party

Join New York City Environmental Meetup and the Ocean Advocates Meetup members at the Meadowlands Exposition Center March 28-30 for Beneath The Sea, the largest consumer scuba & dive travel show in America, featuring seminars and workshops, lots of great door prizes, a film festival showcasing the work of world-renowned underwater videographers, great parties, and exhibits and demonstrations by hundreds of manufacturers, dive clubs, dive shops, resorts, and much more!!

The Conserve Our Ocean Legacy (COOL) campaign needs volunteers on Saturday and Sunday to help distribute information about ocean conservation to and collect petition signatures to help end overfishing and habitat destruction in America's oceans. Help COOL for a minimum of two hours and get free admission! (Regular admission is $25) Seminars, Workshops, and Exhibits are open from 9-5pm on Saturday and 9-4:30pm on Sunday. To volunteer, please RSVP and email taraoceanlegacyATgmailDOTcom with day(s) and time(s) you are available. Otherwise, stop by booth #129 to say hello!

Join fellow ocean lovers for the Saturday Evening Film Festival and Cayman Islands Decompression Party at the La Quinta Inn & Suites (350 Route 3 West at Milcreek Drive, Secaucus, NJ 07094). Tickets can be purchased at online for $35. We will be meeting in the hotel lobby (with tickets in hand) at 7:30pm. Be sure to RSVP and email me with your cell phone number.
