Introduction: Working on the state & local level- is very gratifying: you can really see the impact you are having. As of Fall 2008 we are also paying attention to national-level issues. We've already had constituent meetings with 3 U.S. Congressmen: it worked!

“ The final PSC (MD Public Service Commission) hearing is coming up on Tuesday, August 19 at 7 pm, at the Holiday Inn Select, 155 Holiday Drive, Solomons, Maryland. That’s right off of the main road through Calvert County, Routes 2/4. Please come and tell the PSC what Marylanders who don’t owe their living to Unistar/Constellation think about a new nuclear reactor on the Chesapeake Bay! Car pools are being set up. Bring friends, the kids, and your dog (or not). If you absolutely can't make it, submit brief written testimony (not accepted by email) to the MD PSC, must be received by 8/19/08.
