Group "Suggestions" and Rules

1) Members will be removed from group after 2 months of inactivity. If there are extenuating circumstances, let the Organizer know, so that you aren't removed. To stay active, log on to our website, and I'll be able to see that you have logged on, and won't have to remove you from the group.

2) Please, no drama. Let's keep our meetup group positive and supportive. We can help each other more if there aren't any tensions undermining the group. Remember that we are all adults and should behave as such.

3) Please don't abuse the group email feature. If you'd like to announce a personal event, post it on the message board. If there are specific members that you would like to mention the event to, use a personal message instead of emailing the entire group.

4) Support group members through attending events, establishing connections, providing referrals, and the like.

5) If you are able, volunteer to host a group event.

6) Bring guests with you to events. The more people who attend, the bigger our networks are.

7) Membership Dues: Membership dues have been established effective 5/15/08. Your membership dues will be used for monthly events, refreshments, door prizes, and most importantly to maintain our Meetup group (current cost of our Meetup is $19.00/mo), etc. Your dues to due within 30 days of joining.
