Businesses can now find ways of managing their waste, using a website initially set up for the disposal of agricultural 'material'. OK, I'm talking sh*t.
'Duty of Care Transfer Notes' now have to be used to transfer your waste although one suspects the nationwide ignorance of this results in the impossiblity of policing every businesses' policy of disposing its rubbish responsibly?

Their website's clear, and so far as I can tell the information on it is accurate. What a shame they couldn't embrace the whole Web 2.0 thang and feel the need to publish the following info on the foot of their homepage: "For more guidance about the waste duty of care, you can order Waste Management, The Duty of Care, A Code of Practice (ISBN 0-11-753210-X) from the Stationery Office bookshops, phone 0870 600 5522."
Surely not? DON'T buy a copy. Save waste. Stick to t'Interweb version.
