Introduction
I recently co-founded a consulting firm for social and environmental entrepreneurs. www.trumanlacombe.co
m is our website. I moved to Norfolk in May after spending the last six years as a lobbyist in DC.
What do you think is the best way to bring about environmental changes? (legislation, grassroots activism etc?)
I did the legislation "thing" for nearly a decade in DC. I'm now excited to be closer to the grassroots, where the "action" takes place.
Are you new to environmental activism and what is your most pressing concern in this area for us locally?
I'm not new to it. My background merges community development and environmental issues. Local food has always been an interest; global warming's impact is also high on my list.
Do you know any other avid environmentalists or eco-friendly individuals who may be interested in joining?
