Introduction - The problems

The Rochester Environment Meetup Group (REMG) has reached a turning point.

* We are about to have more active members, who would attend the Meetup, than there are seats in our "hall" at the Study Rooms at Brighton Memorial Library.
We,We, should get cracking to correct this. I do not know a solution, except perhaps to meetup in sections using BML as we have.
(Does anyone know a hall we can use.
My imagination is soaring to the day we can have 100 people in a table setup like the Burgundy Basin Inn.)
The 1st Section of June Meetup is June 18 7 PM. If there are many late RSVPers I will organize a second section-session.

* The communication outside the Meetup itself, using email and telephone, greatly benefits the Meetup and is far too ephemeral ? we have not documented who we are and what we're about well. Also, I do not know how many turn-aside their interest in attending the Meetup because the "hall" is small.

Solutions ? (REMG_core) and your participation at it.


* Repeat in the future we may meet in Sections, the organizer(s) with different people attending. (The topic(s) are generally agreed at the time of the Meetup.)

I am owner of the Group and will attend to it but I am also sharing the task with my managers.
