Interested in yoga? Do you want an open friendly environment? Come join me for outdoor yoga, meditation, and pranayama! A time and place will be set up to meet. Vinyasa flow classes are outdoors on the grass, patio, or under a pagoda and usually run 1 hour to 1 hour 1/2 long. We offer dog camp during the week and on Saturdays for the dogs to play without their parents!
